This manual covers the main equipment features only. While it also includes the procedure for saving and loading from the now long obsolete memory cards it does not mention the how to operate with the optional floppy drive interface so I am still at a loss about how to use this! Note that there is a separate manual covering the MIDI interface and programming via the keyboard, not included in this download. You will also need to get hold of this if you want to use the MIDI interface properly. Basically there is little difference between this manual and the free to download manual for the similar PR60 model.

POUR PRENDRE DES PHOTOS AU FLASH
Dans des conditions de faible lumière, à l’intérieur, ou à l’extérieur dans des lieux ombragés ou par temps couvert, il faut utiliser le flash. Votre appareil-photo est doté d’un flash automatique activé au besoin ainsi que d’un flash d’appoint automatique pour certaines conditions de lumières vives susceptibles de projeter des ombres sur le sujet. Le flash escamotable aide également à minimiser l’effet des yeux rouges sur les photos prises avec le flash et les risques d’obstruer l’objectif. Lorsque vous enfoncez partiellement le déclencheur et que le témoin du flash passe au vert, le flash est complètement chargé et prêt pour la prise de vue (consultez les tableaux qui suivent pour la Signification des témoins du flash et la Distance entre le flash et le sujet). 1. Relevez le COUVRE-OBJECTIF/FLASH (3) afin de dégager l’OBJECTIF (7) et d’activer le flash.

2. Lorsque le TÉMOIN DE L’APPAREIL-PHOTO/ FLASH PRÊT (13) s’allume en vert, prenez la photo. • Si le flash n’est pas complètement chargé, le message «FLASH NON PRÊT» s’affichera sur le panneau ACL. 3. Assurez-vous de demeurer à la distance recommandée par rapport à votre sujet, en fonction de la sensibilité du film que vous utilisez. Ne vous éloignez pas au-delà de la distance maximale recommandée, sinon vos photos seront sombres.

Signification des témoins du flash
Si le témoin... S’allume en vert Cela signifie que... Le flash est complètement chargé. Clignote en rouge Le flash n’est pas complètement chargé. S’allume en rouge Le sujet se trouve à moins de 0,8 m (2,5 pi).
* Un message textuel affiché sur le panneau ACL vous indiquera la raison de l’avertissement. 33
